Defective product-cannot power on, video hangs, upside down and purple in color after 2 weeks of usage!

I have bought 6 prober x2 camera glasses over the past few months, and i noted their product fails after 2 weeks of usage.

The camera glass is basically a glasses with video recording function via a button on left handle.

What happens is after 2 weeks of usage, the product fails. Cant power on or can power on but blue light hangs-means cant record video, or can record video but video turns out to be upside down with purple patches on it or entirely purple color.

Also, the quality of the frame is lousy. The nosepiece area rubber comes off within a week, exposin g the camera underneath. The end of the handles break easily too.

I have contacted the marketing director fae but she claims their product is perfect and good quality.

I then asked her if that is the case, why every single one of the x2 i bought from prober turns out to have this problem and she cannot answer my question.

Subsequently, i asked for free repair as all the 5 x2 i bought is within the 1 yr warranty period and they refuse, asking me to pay repair fee us$50 per piece.

I then asked for full refund as i told her even if repair also will have the same problem again in 2 weeks and no point. But there is no reply from her at all.

So be warned! Do not buy any product from this company or you will be very disappointed and fed up!
