Offered a product that does not function as represented Ripoff

I purchased a Kyocera KX16 camera phone that was offered by Simplefreedom wireless service. Although the phone itself has the capability to send photos via a text message this feature does not work. Simplefreedom Wireless does not support this feature although they package and sell this camera phone as a part of their wireless service. This is very misleading and a deceptive practice of Simplefreedom Wireless which is owned by Alltel Wireless. This phone is more expensive than other models that do not have the capability of capturing a photo. Why purchase a camera phone is you can do basically nothing with the photos? The Simplefreedom customer service informed me that not only do they not support this feature at this time but that there is no guarantee that they ever will support it. Rip Off indeed!!
