A Better Suited Name is Thieves

I purchased a new tv and wanted to connect my decktop computer to it, after recieving the TV I noticed that it did not have the VGA connection. After doing som research on the internet and talking to a few installers from reputable companys such as Best Buy and Micro Center I found out that I could purchase a 3m Male VGA to Male 3 RCA Component Switch cable that would be both compatable to the TV and the desktop and perform the job. Thinking I could save some money I checked out different local pricing including online sites. Finding what I thought was a good deal on DinoDirect.com I purchased the cable. After, setting up everything at the cable was not working, after checking back with professional installers and online to make sure we were doign everything right we came to the conclusion the the cable was no good for us, so we opted to go another route. I contacted Dino Direct to ask to return the item and get a refund and was told by the live support representative (Nancy G.) who first opt to send me a new cable, which I explained to her no need we went to the local store so no need, then she suggested to give me a credit instead of a refund which I declined and then said that the info would be pasted on to the supervisor and an answer on a refund would be given to me. Then I got an email from Dino Direct:
"Dear brandy steel,
Thank you for purchasing with us online at DinoDirect.
We are sorry to tell you that we cannot refund you as so far due to our policy of our company. Could you please email us some pictures and videos to show how you operate it and the results? We will refund you once we confirm that. If you want to return the item to us, you will pay the shipping fee by yourself and we will refund you once we receive the reruned package. We are looking forward your earlier reply. Your understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated!

These are dinodirect.com's ("Dino", "DinoDirect", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the dinodirect.com website.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
Any product not purchased from dinodirect.com
Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
Any product that exhibits physical damage.

I purchased an item (cable) it didn't, I made other provisions. I do not need and item that is useless to me therefore I would like to get my money back. Mailing you back the item (at my cost) is not an issue all I need is the address which I asked the rep whom I spoke with for perviously. I have record that I purchased the item (cable) from DinoDirect and lastly the item (cable) is not and any way damaged or unreadable, there is no physical damages. I should not have to nor in the policy doesn it state I/customers should have to take pictures/video to prove it doesn't work for a refund.
