Fraudulent business practices in billing Time for the Govt to stop it

I changed plans recently to upgrade my wifes and my phones to a $160 month plan (we increased the minutes). We were billed $1400 and they threatened to cut our service becuase of their billing screw up.in the past year we have had to call on our bill or go to a center every month but one. Once they mess up a bill it is impossible to figure out becuase it affects your roll over minutes, they put on late fees, you have to spend a part of your life waiting in line or on the phone each month to straighten out their billing errors.

My agent showed me on his computer that Cingular has over 200 different billing angles. They are all meant to confuse the customer and create positive EXTRA billing for themselves. Old people, people that are not willing to figure out what is their real bill and others are just writing checks, letting them take their bills automatically out of credit cards etc. Are taking a huge hit financially. This is fraud any way you look at it.

IT IS NOT A MISTAKE. If any cell company wants to be honest they will give a simplified billing plan to their customers. Until they are brought to justice for their fraudulent practices we can only check our 1000% over charges and make them credit us. IF ANYONE HAS AN IDEA HOW WE CAN GET CINGULAR INVESTIGATED I am willing to spend some of my precious time to stop this injustice.
