I obtained a GT Xpress 101 Deluxe and applied everything of 4 times before it quit functioning. I approached the organization plus they rapidly wrote me back asking me to test a number of different issues before returning the merchandise. It didn't function plus they explained to deliver it back. I questioned just how to deliver it plus they stated advantages which I had been accountable for the delivery. I had been really annoyed that I'd to pay for an additional $12 bucks to deliver anything back which was delivered to me faulty. They stated essentially it was to poor which was so just how it had been. Really patronizing in my experience and incredibly bad customer support. Won't utilize them again!
