Complaint / review text:
I received a GT Xpress 101 Deluxe and used it all of 4 times before it quit working. I contacted the company and they quickly wrote me back asking me to try several different things before returning the product. It did not work and they told me to ship it back. I asked how to ship it and they said UPS and that I was responsible for the shipping. I was very upset that I had to pay an extra $12 dollars to ship something back that was sent to me defective. They said basically it was to bad and that was just how it was. Very patronizing to me and very poor customer service. Will not use them again!
