To be fair part I may have partially contributed to this problem.
I ordered a Christmas gift from "asseenontvguys.com." I received the present in an undamaged box and immediately wrapped it as a gift. When the gift was opened the gift was found to be broken, the box still undamaged.
I both called and e-mailed "asseenontvguys.com, " at least three times each, the first being the day after Christmas. I received NO answer, even after their answering machine insured I would receive a call back. I was attempting to mediate a solution to this problem but was completely ignored.
The BBB in the New Jersey area attempted to mediate for me but all I received was their 15 day return policy with still no direct contact.
I suggest that consumers be wary of this company or any company that cares so little for customer service.
