Will not send replacement for the junk that they sell, won't answer phone, emails or anything

In August of 09 my son bought an amp and two subs from them. All was junk and had to be sent back. We got the subs but as of the writing of the rip off report we still have not gotten the amp. We keep getting the run around they will not respond to us at all.
