I received a defective cd player, immediately contacted hifi sound connection but was told to deal with Gemini involving shipping cost, repair cost, etc. I paid them good money for brand new unit and feel my money was stolen. They have horrible customer service responding late and they actually have the audacity to be rude after taking all your money. This is simply the next step at driving HIFI SOUND CONNECTION out of business, if we all work together we will achieve this!
