Ecost sent us a broken camera

My name is moni scott today is Tuesday 12/15/09 two weeks ago we contacted ecost.com to buy a c913 Kodak camera for my daughter for Christmas
the camera arrived in three days from FedEx. We opened it with in 5 minutes of receiving it to fine it non working. We contacted ecost immediately. After two and a half hours of tyring to get either a refund or replacement for the camera they tell me ok the return stamp will be there in 24 hours.
Well four days later no return stamp only an email saying my return has been approved. We call back on 12/11/09 and spoke to Reggie at 10 am. He said oh i am sorry we will get your return stamp to you in 24 hours.
Well i laughed and asked for a reference number he gave me 3256371. I explained that i hard this before. And he said yea yea yea in 24 hours. I tried again today 12/15/09 and they told me the same thing. I don't thank ill be hearing from ecost.
