I was looking to buy Malcom in the Middle dvds for a Christmas present and was searching the internet when i found this great deal on Naxpmedia.com. Only $24.99 SALE price for them. I decided to do it. I placed my order using my credit card. A few days later I received an email from the website saying that my item was shipped on 11/05/07. Well I waited and waited and nothing came. On November 26th I began trying to contact them about my order.in calling their telephone number no matter what option I pressed for service no one was ever available to take my call. I emailed several times as well. On November 28th I clicked the online chat option on the website. It went as follows:

So I waited again, still nothing. I tried contacting them again and again the only way to get through was on the live chat. This time I talked to a woman and the conversation went as follows:
: can i get a tracking number for my order. I have not received it yet and it was supposed to have been shipped out a long time ago

You will be receiving your shipment in a timely manner now with our new postal carrier UPS, you will receive your shipment before Christmas. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail from us and from UPS with your tracking information included.
: that's pretty much the exact same thing they told me a week ago and they said it would take 7-9 business days to ship. Why would i have not gotten an email yet then?

So the next day, I got the tracking number from an email, checked it with UPS and it was a fraud. When I talked to UPS they told me no package was ever given to them and that this had happened before. I was furious! I had to call and file a claim on the purchase with my bank company and cancel my card! What a mess this has all turned out to be. The site NaxpMedia.com is a FRAUD! Consumer BEWARE they will take your money and run!
