After purchasing a phone from Voiplink I found it not compatible with my system and there were no instructions with phone. I returned the phone for a refund and was assured the refund was mailed to me as a check. After several weeks nothing. I contacted Voiplink and this time they said they would refund my payment through Paypal. Another two weeks and nothing. I called yet again and this same procedure was performed. Another two weeks still nothing but a run around. This whole refund issue has been going on now for about four months. I will continue to call, but I suggest leaving this company alone.
