I tried to buy a cell phone and ipods for my kids.

They talked to me so I could know the date when I would recieve my products. They even confirmed that they had got the money while still talking to me. Than when the products had not come, even tho they had sent a confirmation email.

I have tried to talk to them with there online sales manager. Everytime I quote my order number they stop ttalking to me. I have sent emails and no answer. Its been over a month and nothing...
