I placed an order for a Casio digital camera with wawadigital.com on 11/15/05, order #wdg4201. I then received a message to call their customer service to confirm my order, which i thought was a little bit odd. I called anyway and spoke to their customer service rep - who had a really bad attitude from the start. I first asked him on how long does it take to get my camera and he said about 7 days. Then he started telling me how the camera doesn't come with a battery and that he would give me one at a discounted price if i order it right now. I told him that i don't want anything extras, i just want the camera. He abruptly then said that the camera is now all of a sudden out-of-stock and my order is cancelled. Before i can question him, he hung up. I guess they really do have great customer service and really give it - uhh, i mean really take care of their customers. I now placed an order with Photonation.com and i sure hope that they will ship my camera without any hassles.
