I was shopping for a camcorder so i decide to walk into multy electronics, inc. And being served by a sales named joseph. I was looking into sony, panasonic etc. I told him that my budget is around $500.00 he showed me this camcorder called cybertec which i never heard of and he went to this website and told me that it's originally $2,399 and he's doing a special for $800.00 today. Unfortunately i went for the deal since it's small easy to use. I went home with it trying to find out more info about this device it was not listed it directed me to some bogus website: www.cybertecusainc.com with pictures and prices only i can't even click into contents. He told me that it's a HD camcorder with high resolution of a 1080. When taking pics with it it was all grainy and the engineer of the camcorder does not worth $800.00. Recording sucks don't see a difference he made me sign this paper in fine print "no refunds" exchanges only. Lesson learned always trust your own instinct. I will fight to my fullest extent to get my money back from these scammers. Buyers please be aware they will always say things like i giving you this deal because i want you to come back, i throw in a memory card and something extra. Ohh. Another website actually sells it for $350.00 i couldn't understand it because it was in another language. I was told that cybertec created some high end devices for our troops but, it's all crap.
