Since i purchased this dvd camcorder; it has not worked properly and their customer support has always tried to make it sound like i didn't know what i was saying and/or my computer was not compatible to their software. Yet; their support team has stated you don't need quick time, you need a decoder, you need to plug the camcorder into the computer. Meanwhile; when using the camcorder, it freezes while recording, the battery play/record time is much lesser then what it indicates on the camcorder and when replacing the battery while recording; the camcorder doesn't recognizes the charged battery.
