Absolutely the worst. I purchased 3 items and requested 2nd day because we were going to be on vacation. Only 2 items came 2nd day, the 3rd was sent FedEx Ground. At the time of the order, if they had confirmed that the 3rd item was going to be shipped by FedEx Ground I would have not made any purchases, the net result I unnecessarily paid extra for 2nd day delivery.in attempt to correct this situation, I spent a lot of valuable time with their customer service to get a refund as I was unable to receive the 3rd item while on vacation.
Their customer service is horrible. Do not purchase from eCost.
