I sent in 3 month old phone for repair to Lagrange GA repair center. It was signed for by Patricia Wright on 10/14/09. When I called to check, I was told it couldn't be found

I sent in my 3 month old phone to T-Mobile for repair. It was signed for by Patricia Wright at the Lagrange GA repair center. When I phoned 1 and 2 weeks later, the only answer I could get was that the phone could not be located and they didn't know who Patricia Wright is. I have a tracking number which states that the phone was recieved and signed for 10/14/09.
