In 02, I orderered Dual Action products as a 1x purchase. I stated at the time if I was satisfied with the product I would contact Dual Action to re-order. On 08/06, Dual Action withdrew $172.02 from my acct., I did not authorize this payment.
I called Dual Action @ 800-941-0163 and was told they would have to review the phone conversation and this would take approximately, 8 days. I told the rep. Shanae Agent # tz305, that I couldn't wait 8 days for a refund as my house payment would be withdrawn that day and would be returned due to insufficeint funds. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a voice mail. I called back and spoke to Thai and was told a supervisor would call me right back and to the moment no one has returned my call.
