Failing to pay claim after we had authoriza # and we had to pay it first and they are to reimburse us. Work done 5/15/09 and after I called today-1

On 5/15/09 we were given an authorization #E09-66967-795 to have the instrument cluster replaced on our 2004 Bounder m/H. We had to pay with a credit card and were to be reimbursed-we did. After 27 calls and talking to all of the people there, they told us they are waiting for a check # so we can get our money. Today I spoke with a Natalie and she said they have a website www.heritage.com and I could follow our claim which is scheduled to be paid March!!! I feel we need to do a class action lawsuit against this company and get some kind of compensation. They are no longer in Lincoln, NE and were never licensed there. Hopefully the State of Ohio District Attorney can help us get these unpaid claims paid for and put the fraud criminal out of business forever.
