On 5/15/09 we were given an authorization #E09-66967-795 to have the instrument cluster replaced on our 2004 Bounder m/H. We had to pay with a credit card and were to be reimbursed-we did. After 27 calls and talking to all of the people there, they told us they are waiting for a check # so we can ...
