I pruchased my machine 2 1/2 years back. After I required a fix I had been planned for mid-day which recommended that I'd to set up for anyone to show up (I actually do function). The technician arrived, invested lessthan fifteen minutes to identify the problem. He could not repair is basically because he did not possess the component! He explained the component might are available in about 5 times. It arrived. Today I've to plan another visit. I had been informed the technician can come from 135miles aside (2 hours and 15 minute one of the ways). The fix will most likely get fifteen minutes. What type of supervisor are able to cover travel-time like this?
This easy fix has had three months. Rediculous. Horrible.inefficient. And that I simply had a kennmore Ac mounted. I suppose you're all giggling up your sleeves.
