Our Mom bought a heated water container from Sears about 4years before having a guarantee.By June it go wrong. She named the fix division they arrived and set the issue. Fourteen days later it go wrong again. They arrived purchase a component (temperature coil) that got awhile to return. Place component onto it worked quickly because the specialist quit it quit again. Contact customer support that lied to us about times returning out. Today the specialist claims it's a poor change. They planned an appt. For August 22 subsequently shifted the day to September 2nd. It's been 3 1/2 weeks without heated water.
