H.E. Long Company
I bought a universal remote from the company. Paid $9.99. It didn't work sent it back for a cost of $2.38. They got it in three days. Sent another remote-it doesn't work. There is no one to call

I ordered a universal remote from HE longs and company. It claimed to work on all televisions sets. Well I tried it on my Toshiba, and my JVC it doesn't work
I sent it back, and the Long Company sent me another piece of the same garbage and it doesn't work
As an aside, HE long charged me $9.95 sens for the remote and 6.37 shipping. I received it in 8 days. When I returned the item, I went to the post office and it cost $2.38 for Long to get it in three days
I am only out $16.32, but do not do business with this company, the only will send you product that do not live up the hype.
