Another ripoff company that you should watch out for is buslink corp. I bought a usbcdrw from tigerdirect. Tigerdirect only had a 30 day return policy so i tried to call buslnk because the cdrw would lock my pc up. It was defective. I stayed on the telephone for about 20 minutes listening to evelator music because no one would answer.
I then e-mailed buslink at least 4 times with no reply. This was 2 months ago. I finally gotr an rma and sent the unit back. That was 30 days ago. So far i have not heard from buslink. Do not deal with this company in my opinion because they do not give the service they promise.
