I sent an iPhone to DigiExpress for repair. I had problems contacting them after I sent it in, but eventually they answered my call and I had it repaired at an expense exceeding $100.00.
Less than one month after receiving the phone back, a new part they installed failed completely. I called them because they offer a lifetime guarantee. I have called 6 times, waited on hold for several minutes and each time transferred to voice mail as no one answered the phone. I have also e-mailed and received NO response.
Their customer support is NON-existent.
Apparently their business practice is to install substandard parts and then ignore the customer. I have seen other posts regarding the same issue, so this is NOT an isolated incident.
They have a very professional looking website and people can be easily conned into sending their devices to them for repair.
DO NOT be fooled. I am posting this to hopefully prevent other consumers from being a victim of this company!
