I sent my Ipod Touch to DigiExpress for replacement of a scratched front display. It took approx. 10-12 business days for the equipment to be repaired and returned.
Less than 60 days later I contacted the Company to advise them the display had cracked again. DigiExpress informed me my warranty was void because there was physical damage to the Ipod, and offered to repair it for another $55 shipping.
This Company does not stand behind its' work. The part they replaced broke, and they refused to replace it because it had physical damage! Duh.
I would NOT recommend this Company for any repairs.
