Notice they say that they will troubleshoot your item. They never say they will repair it.
You pay shipping & insurance both ways $25 charge. They just take it & set it on the shelf until you finally call & they send it back in worse shape.
PayPal won't protect you as they call it a service. As long as DigiExpress ships your unit back they say honest transaction. DISPUTE ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES, even PayPal if you can do it.
I don't care how much business you do 500 people are not going to take time to write a 5 star review.
They are busy writing their own reviews, not enough time left to repair your unit.
