I purchased a Haier window air conditioner through a large warehouse company a year ago. I only recently opened the package only to find that the screws were not in the box. I called their 877 number 3x's before I finally spoke to someone.
This customer representative, Pam, nor her supervisor (wink-wink) Ray would give me the courtesy of sending me the items that I should have received in the box.instead they were more than willing to send to the parts department so that I could order them.
I know that I made the purchase some time ago. But, for me, this is a matter of principle. That is why I am reporting this. This customer service rep and her supposed supervisor (he needs training) were so rude. Good customer service would have been to just send out replacements.instead they now have one less customer as I will never buy another one of their products.
I apologize that there is no street address but none is listed anywhere on the booklet/paperwork that I have.
