I placed an order for a cell phone cover on 7-1-09. My credit card was charged $14.98 the next day.
A month later, on 8-4-09, after not receiving my order and not hearing anything from the company, I called. The customer service representative said that the cell phone cover I ordered was on back-order, but they'd send it out on 8-5-09 or 8-6-09. I asked for an exact shipping date and he said he could not tell me that.
On 8-31-09, after not receiving my order and not hearing anything from the company, I called them again. I asked them to tell me when my order was shipped and they could not tell me. I then asked them to refund my money. They said they would. I will updated this report if and when I receive my refund.
