I ordered 2 cell phone covers from this company in July of along with some other products. It is now June and I have yet to receive my cell phone covers which have been on back order since, yet they are still on the site for sale.

I have written emails to these people with little response in the beginning and no response after the first email. I have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida. I received a letter from the BBB saying that I would be receiving a refund credited back to my credit card. As of today I have not received credit. It is $19.98, which is not a great amount. It is the whole way this has been handled that is so frustrating.

The BBB received a letter from Customer Care at Elite Wireless Products, Inc.
On May 8. This is how it reads.

This letter is to inform you that the order in question was shipped on July 7. Here is the tracking # to verify that there were items shipped out and delivered on June 9 by the US. Postal Service Tracking # - .
Upon inspection of our files we have found the back order was never shipped, and a refund was not issued for this item (s). We regret this oversight and believe it was simply a transaction never completed by an ex-employee in the returns/refunds office. We will refund customer credit card for item (s) on back order for $19.98 ASAP. But we will not refund any shipping charges due to the fact that that consumer did receive 2 items (s) Please feel free to contact us if you have any further inquiries.

Well, I would think that by June 10 they should have been able to get that credit back on my card, but guess what? They haven't! Today I sent my letter back to the BBB. I hope I have more luck this time.

For a company like Elite Products & Technologies to keep being allowed to RIP-OFF consumers like this is ridiculous. I cannot imagine how many people have been ripped-off by them. I will pursue this until I get my money back or the BBB stops trying to help me.
