Company sells watch winders and popcorn machines. A 10% discount is offered for their pay-by-check option.
I sent a check, in the amount of $91.95, to pay for the purchase and delivery of a watch winder. The check was cashed on 6/23/09. I have emailed questions asking about the delivery date on 6/16,7/6,7/9,7/10,7/18,7/22,7/23 and 8/12. I have left two telephone messages on 8/28 & 8/31. Four of my email messages were answered with promises to deliver the merchandise a litany of excuses have been used to explain the delay. Finally on 8/13, I received a message indicating that I would either receive the merchandise or a refund the following week. Neither was sent. None of my telephone calls have been returned.
I have filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau.
