I've an extremely costly machine and dryer that I purchased at sears and that I've had only difficulty together equally. Not ony that-but, the restoration guarantee they provide is just a laugh. They get PERMANENTLY to obtain you a scheduled appointment (and that Iam speaking 8 to 12 times) after which when they need to purchase a part it is another 10 days awaiting a scheduled appointment once you obtain the component. Nicely in my own case-all that plus once the component surely got to my home it was shattered into several items since it was a ceramic ignitor and also the boneheads (who're said to be specialists) within the wherehouse delivered the container through the email without supplying the container with bubble recording or covering the component to safeguard it. When I named a boss she explained she could not do something about this, but my criticism was mentioned. Which was after I had been on-hold for 25 minute. Then put up and named back and kept for another 12 min. I have had the dryer changed once and mounted 3 times, and also the machine set 4 times. After investing $2700.00 about the collection I Have invested 380.00 bucks including this newest break up in the laundry mat. Sears is horrible plus they donot provide a ratis a@#$ concerning the customer simply because they do not have to! I will never purchase something there again.
