Bought the Maytag Maxima Machine/Dryer At Home Site on 1/19. On 2/28, the dryer quit functioning. Fix arrived on 3/2, stated that they'd to-order a component. On 3/7, I discovered the component necessary to repair the problem was not accessible and that I'd need to contact Maytag. On 3/8, the rudest customer support individual from Maytag named me back (hrs following the guaranteed twenty four hours call-back period), and explained they might send another dryer in "7 14 business days." I invested $1,000 on the dryer that I'venot had the opportunity to utilize for nearly fourteen days, and it'll be many more prior to the alternative comes in. I'll never purchase another Maytag again, they do not stay behind their items or worry about how their poor items influence the folks that get them.
