Declined to deliver a technician until per week after Machine smashed. Guy arrived, no resources, didn't understand how to get entrance of machine off. Stated required fresh bathtub, is dripping. Mumbled, had difficulty knowing him. Mentioned would need to purchase components. Another week, not mounted, so-called, the person ans so RUDE and puzzled me. Stated my problem when I hadn't named to express the part was in, and that I stated should be some error, this really is Warranty, why was I accountable for the component. Stated advantages might provide component to my house and that I was to get the component and make it in to the home. I'm 73 yr-old, simply had surgery on-shoulder, can't get the bathtub. Advantages did provide, at the conclusion of my 1/2 distance street on state highway. I named informed them where the machine was situated. Many times later, another guy arrived, believed to me, after I'd been spending all that cash to Maytag Warranty, That The & E wouldn't place in bathtub, therefore he acquired fresh tub and left with it.
