This is more of an observation than a complaint. For years Best Buy totally domineered the market here. The little guys just couldnt compete. They started out with a knowledgable staff but gradually started replacing them with 18 year old/minimum wage guys that don't have a clue what they are selling and could care less if you buy or not. Circuit City built a store across the street but little happened for quit some time but gradually word got around that you would be treated in a polite knowledgable way if you went there and very often at a better price. Best Buys way of dealing with this was to close their store and build another a mile down the road. They have been open for about 6 months now and their parking lot is almost empty. I guess my point is that these Mega Chain stores like Best Buy don't have a clue what people desire when shopping and deal with it by "running away". Hard pill to swallow, Eh Best Buy?
