So about three months ago we were having some problems with our copy machine so i had one of my assistants call someone up to fix the problem.
She found a couple options and decided to go with CopySysNet, specifically one of their reps by the name of Mark Layton. Mr. Layton came and supposedly fixed the machine. He then got paid and everything continued on normally. Shortly after, approximately about two weeks or so, the machine started having the same problem so Mr. Layton was called to come back the fix the problem he was originally paid to do. So he came back and tried to get paid AGAIN for the job that he was originally supposed to take care of on the first time he came out. We then refused to pay Mr. Layton, because like I stated earlier, Mr. Layton was supposed to fix the problem from the beginning. There is no reason why any client should have to pay for the same service twice. So he agreed and then left. Once again, the machine had the same problem and Mr. Layton was called again for the third time. When i spoke to him on the phone he blatantly stated that unless he was gettin paid for the services he wan't going to come back out. Mr. Layton has the worst customer service skills ever! Beyond that. He sat and complained for the second time that he had come out and didn't get paid for. This just shows how much people don't care about anything but themselves and their money. If you get paid for a service, you are guaranteeing your services and should agree to repair the problem, considering it to be the same exact thing, free of charge because that's what you got paid for in the first place.
