In June Miranda layton from DCS called me and told me that I had to pay $20412.59 with in 72 hours or she was going to garnish my wages I told her that i didn't have that kind of money. She said i could make payments 175.00 a month and if i missed one payment they were going to take my taxes every year till this loan was paid. I went to school in 1982 i was on welfare and and had a child I was not even aware of this loan until 2001 when we went to buy our first house and at that time i was forsed to make a payment in order to buy our house. I asked her for a copy of the loan and have never gotten one. I havent payed anything on this loan until now. I was scared and didn't want the embarasment. I decided to check this company out and here i am.
