I went to buy a vehicle from them they had one price but when I got there they changed the price said the price wasn't correct they had to add 1500.00 dollors.
They also preapproved me I am a single mother and they played this game of let me see if we can do that monthly price after they gave me a lower price before to get you there then the did the bait and switch.
They also didn't tell me the sticker thing I think it is called shawdowmark was 199.99 they will not tell you this so they can add it to all vehicles.
They say this shawdow mark will do something which is false they also hurry and make you sign papers so you wont read all there fees they add. So you won't say anything and if you do they will say it is to late. They will not respond to you there managers will not talk to a customer at all there customer service is crap.
I would run as far as you can and don't buy anything from this dealership they are the worst in utah. Don't care if they ever get your business back ever again. All there practices are highly questionable. Don't buy from I have spoke to 10 others just in salt lake who live within 5 to 10 miles from me and they have all had the same experiance. They say they will tell there friends family and neighbors don't buy from Young Chev they are dishonest and they rip you off.
