I ordered 1 slither max LED lightbar red/red from NWA public safety supply on 4/20 order# AB-6359 item ID 261. Order has been paid in full with a master card through pay pal. Web site stated it takes 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. On 6/3/09 still had not recieved product. Emailed company asking were my product is. Recieved a response from General Manager Matt Miller on 6/4/09 stateing that there was a delay and he would check on it. Heard nothing from him after that. So on 6/17/09 emailed miller again asking again were the product is again and he stated that it comes from over seas that it takes 4 to 6 weeks. He also stated that we cancelled the order when it was to be shipped to me. That is not true. I never cancelled the order. He also could not provide proof of the order cancellation. I have not recieved the product or a refund. Mr. Miller has not provided any tracking information and has stated to do a RMA on his web site under my account. The web site does not and has not allowed this to be done. Further more there isn't even any thing on there that showes "RMA". He stated the tracking info could be found on my account on his web site witch also is not true. There is no info on shipping. He stated he had to contact UPS to stop shipment 2 times and i am trying now to contact UPS to find out truth behind this since he can not provide any proof. I am now gathering all this info for my credit card company to dispute the charge.
