I purchased a refurbished xbox 360 elite and received it with no problems. But after about a week of play, it stopped working. So, i contacted the seller about this problem, expecting a full refund or exchange.
The seller sent a shipping label and all semmed fine. I kept in touch with the seller, whom I knew only as Chris, and he had several excuses as to why the item wasnt shipped yet, after several weeks.
He said he was on vacation, and then some machine was broken, delaying shipment.in the end, I have not received a new system, and he has stopped responding.
I had not left negative feedback, because he insisted that it would come. Unfortunately, the deadline for feedback and opening a case both passed, and he has stolen my $202.50.
