On there add you type in the cell phones that you have and it tells you how much they will give you for each one. Then they send you a package to send them to them and they are to send you a check for that amount. We sent five phones and were suppost to get all most $200 for all them but we have never recived any thing. I could not get a email address or a phone number for them and now you even have to have a referral Id to long on to there site. Don't send them any thing it is a rip off.
