I sent them 3 cell phones in good condition and I have been waiting for 3 months, no answer to my emails and obviously no check
Their policy states that after a maximum of 30 days a check will be issued. However, after 90 days of waiting and sending numerous emails looks like they just ignore any request for my money.
The phone number that I found is disconnected and they don't have another working number available.
In addition to file a complaint I will file a complain with New York Attorney General at 800-771-7755 Consumer hotline
Big scam, big scam, big scam!!!
Do not send your cell phones to this place because their will keep the phones and send you nothing.
