Home Depot via email offered me a 60% discount on lighting but only if I purchase online. I called to find out the return policy. They don't take returns in store.instead they CHARGE ME A FEE for an internet purchase. This is a disgrace. How do they expect to ride the Internet retail wave if they can't keep up. It makes me sad that customer service isn't a consideration. Bottom line, they just lost hundreds of dollars in a purchase I was prepared to make.
