They told me they were going to debit my account $3.99 but they took out $399.00 and caused my acount to be over drafted 4 times, they and they said thjey were going to refund me the $399.00 but will not refuind fee's totaling $140 colorado denver

They debited my acoount for $399.00 instead of 3.99 and they state they are going to refund me but not refund the over draft fee's they caused / i want all my money back
