I tried to use cricket for the wireless devise for your computer that I purchased online. I bought the unit on ebay and had all the information needed to activate it. Went into the store and gave them the old number that was with the devise and told them that I needed this activated. They said they did not need the old number that I needed a local number. I ask them if they were sure because I was going out of town and want to be able to use it. The man I spoke with told me that he was sure as he was the one working for cricket. I let it go as I thought maybe he was having a bad day. Well it didn't work because the devise was set up using the old number as I had told him. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to fix the issue with technical support until finally she said I could not do anything for you... You need to go back to the store and they can take care of it. So I had to pay for my internet connection while I was away even though I paid cricket so I would have it. I went back to the store when I got home and they told me I would have to wait about 2 1/2 hours for the manager to come in even though when I originally asked for a manager the women I spoke to said she was but all of a sudden she wasn't. Anyway, I am tired of getting ripped off by these company so I am contacting the 3 local news stations along with the attorney generals office, the BBB and the corporate office. I suggest everyone do the same. I am enclosing the name of the CEO and the phone number for him. Please please please don't let these people rip off any more people.
