Not responding after Multiple attempts to contact

Ordered MP3 about 3 weeks ago. After charging for several hours, the MP3 player did not work. I have tried calling (888) 255-4698 and sending multiple emails to their [email protected] and [email protected] mail boxes. Have not received any response. This company is not legitimate. Beware!!!
