Ordered a bluetooth headset. No confirm letter sent by email or otherwise.
Arrived late. Wrong color and the accessories were missing, as was a car charger promised.
When I tried to reach customer service, first of all you can ONLY contact them by phone and often the phone is not answered or you get told that their voice mail is full.
Is this the 'greqt customer service' they promise? In fact right after I received the wrong stuff the website itself was unavailable!
I've ordered hundreds of times online and never had such poor service. I think they are pure con and have filed a credit card dispute.
