I ordered a BT250V Bluetooth Headset Earpiece for my cell phone. I immediately paid via PayPal.instead of the less than one week promised it took over 3 weeks. When I received it, it did not work. I sent it back AT MY EXPENSE. The company did not refund, but rather replaced it. WITH THE WRONG non-BlueTooth earpiece.
For the past 7 months I have send 12 e-mails, and used their web "contact" sheet a couple of times. All I got was a couple of stalling e-mails asking stupid questions that I answered any way. After the eBay complaint window lapses... All correspondence lapsed. I get no response to my request for a refund or a WORKING headset and am stuck with a Bluetooth that I cannot use.
I will never deal with Silverstone Wireless again.
