I ordered a Motorola H12 Bluetooth headset from this company. When I opened it I found that even though the headset had never
been removed from the hard shell plastic case that it had come in,
there was a hairline crack next to the earpiece. I tested it with my
phone and was able to get the bluetooth syncing to work but alas there
is no sound coming through no matter what I do. I have another one of
these that works fine. I tried contacting them through their very official sounding yahoo email account but no response. Don't waste your time with this scam company.
